    Alright heres my situation....

I bought a Video Card awhile back (GeForce) and It came with a disk to install the software for it i guess. I lost the Disk is it still possible for me to install the graphics card and for it to work without the disk it came with. Like can I download the updates on their site? I already have a Geforce in my Computer.

No. you have to install the old ones then install the new ones. I tried just installing the new ones (thinking it would just update the drivers i had) and my PC nearly had a full blown Anyeurism. Just be carefull with the drivers if you play games online. The newest drivers wont accept older games like UT99 (main game i play) and you may have to install older drivers for them.

I'll try to explain if i can.
I mainly play Unreal Tournament 99. I only had a 32MB gfx card in my machine and it was pretty bad. I got my GeForce fx5200 and installed it all including the new drivers. UT99 WOULDN'T PLAY. When i asked a guy i know he said it was down to the fact that EPIC (the makers of UT99) had got together with NVidia and designed the new drivers so that they wouldnt allow older games to run correctly. This is supposedly due to the fact that Epic don't make as much money anymore from older games than they can from the newer games. They think that if someone finds out that they can no longer play the older games they will go out and get the newer ones giving them more profits.
