Looks like a decent cut, but making use of the pen tool's ability to deal with odd shapes and gradual curves would really smooth it out. See if you can use the clone stamp tool to go over the copyright information or whatever that is on his legs. You might also want to link to the original image or this will be deleted, just a heads up.
