Address Homer and his family probably live at 742 Evergreen Terrace, Springfield. Several alternative house numbers on Evergreen Terrace are given in various episodes, including 59, 94, 555, 723, 743, 763, and 1094, in addition to 430 Spalding Way. In the 'Behind the Laughter' episode, the narrator said the Simpsons were a 'Northern Kentucky family', yet in another episode, it stated that they were only allowed in North Dakota. In the 299th episode Homer's email address was given to be [email protected]. The email address in question was quickly registered, and currently belongs to "Homer Simpson." At one time people could email the address and receive Homer-style replies, although at the request of the Simpsons production staff this has been halted.
if you read the article on wikipedia is says that he has been given different datesof birth in different episodes... so therefore you dont really know his exact age
Dude... how can anyone possibly guess a cartoon character's age, they basically stay the same age for as long as the cartoon lives.
its not an ongoing age, because as you said, they stay the same age. i believe bart is 10 and lisa is 8. and magy has always been a baby. But its the stuff in the past, like birth records they show on different episodes, that say his age.
Ok in the episode were marge goes to the doctor because she thinks she is having another baby and Homer tells Bart, Lisa and Maggie the story of how the feel in love i goes back to 1980 and he says that he was a "24 year old living the dream", so that does mean he was born in 1956, but does it put it to when the show started or now? 1956 - 1989 = 33 1956 - 2005 = 49 So his age is there...
of course you could say that the characters age's are implied by the day that they were created by the animators, so homer could be like 17 or whatever year it is now. @ rtx: The fact that the simpsons or any cartoon often changes facts (eg his date of birth and address) is the thing that determines that cartoon characters do not have set things that define their life. (ok that made little to no sense but i am tired  )
who says the simpsons is for 2005? And the simpsons has been ongoing for a LONG time, characters dont age in cartoons, therefore YOU'RE WRONG!
im not exactly sure of the episode name... nor the numbers used. But Homer is in bed with Marge, and discussing how he's wasted half his life... and he only has __ years to live. If someone knows the episode, you can find his age through this... Marge replies to Homer(after Homer says he only has __ years to live) "Homer, you're __, not __"
Yea thats on the wikipedia page, it says that, @xRKx whut are yu talking about " who says the simpsons is for 2005?" whut does that mean?
But yea yu are right, yu cant say there age, but i just felt smart coz i figured that out from the simpsons episode that was just on, ok
