Help Plz A.s.a.p

right iv done a animation in image ready and when i go to save optimized it says "because jpeg,png and wbmp do not support animation,image ready will save it as a frame".and when i open it in my docs its just one of the frames.i wont the animation to work.please help

 

Animation only works in .gif format.

Did you go to Save Optimized As?

If it still dont work save PSD and reload PS.

 

look at the pic.i carnt save it as png in image ready

What is your source image type? jpeg?

or if worse comes to worst...

Reinstall PS. Mine has done that for font issues for some odd reason before. An uninstall and a reinstall made it behave ^_^ .

 

yeah i mite do that.i have ps7 and photoshop 9.0 but it goes relli slow.when iwas in photoshop i saved the pic as a gif then put it into imageready but didnt work
