    yes that will probably help.i have done scan line but only horizontally.how do you make them like in the rain direction?

    I don't really see the "rain" affect, I think it's just the brushes he used.

    not a rain affect,the scan line are on soft light or overlay and the scan line arent horizontal.they r obtuse.

    Wow i enjoyed that tut. as you people no this is a joint acount. some of the people that use this account are really good at makeing sigs, and you got others like me just starting out :P
