if you buy for full right the n you can resale full rights but if you do that you lose all your rights but if you have full rights you can do whatever you want

    Snobird is right.

If you have bought full rights to a sig/wallpaper etc, it is no longer the creators and infact is yours to do whatever you want with it. If you want to sell it again for full rights you can do, if you want to sell it for learning rights, you can do. Just remember that if you sell it on again for full rights, its no longer yours.

If you have bought something for learning rights, you can only learn from it, you can not sell it in anyway shape or form.

If you buy for full rights you may sell it once for full rights.

you know what, the guy lied. If he gave you full rights full means FULL you can sell it for full rights again because he has absolutely no rights to it.

Actually, let me make this clear to you. A item can only be sold ONCE for full rights. From the owner to the buyer, or else it'll be whored and spread out to no extreme, and it'll be hard for moderators to track down who actually has rights to it, who doesn't, who is lying, etc.

Once you buy full rights to the signature, if you make major changes to the PSD in question you may again sell it. That would include turning it into a tutorial if you choose to do so. If you do not make any changes, you can not resell full rights to it..only learning.

Not trying to sound like an a$$, and I apologize if I come off that way, but doesn't that make the wording 'full-rights' absolutely pointless? I would think that 'full-rights' is FULL-rights, as in do what ever you want just don't claim it as your own work.

read the stickyd thread or w/e it is.
if they have bought full rights heres how it goes
gur 1 sells full rights --> guy 2 sells full rights --> etc --> etc --> and it goes on forever till some 1 keeps it pretty much.

I guess your right, I just don't see the point in calling it 'full-rights' then.
