Ok. You are trying to get 900 credits for a Steam Account with no purchased games? All the games that are on your steam account are the ones that come with a steam account. Congrats, scammer.

Yeah, you can't sell steam accounts anymore.

 

I dont know but only reason people do that (even if they know its not allowed) is so they can have people see it and people that know its not allowed sell it to them.

So whole point is they know that its not allowed but they do it anyways so other people can see it.
