Help With Java

well i got this error when trying to play a game

In order to play games on this site, you must enable javascript.

and i do have java i uno why this is happening

 

and i went to options and enable java n java script

no billiards..................i hate runescape
oh and i cant play music from sites

 

have u tried reinstalling java or updating it to the most recint

i click on the album and then a new thing opens i click on the song and a new blank thing opens and no song i did the same thing on my school comp and it works
