i'll use it if i can get rid of the white line haha. but yeah, try photobucket if it doesn't resize it.

Photobucket would have resized it - I tried Photobucket.

I still haven't managed to figure out firstly why the line is even there, and secondly how to get rid of it... Any suggestions?

 

Try zooming in something near 600% in PS and with a 2px rubber earase it

Apart from the glow, it's a really good render, and the cutting is good too.

 

you could go to Something-->Defringe with a radious of about 2 px.
