Parkour... but I was wondering how do you learn it? Or just build your body fit enough to support your weight when doing these cool stunts? Or are there routines like capoeira?

Parkour looks like fun but I'm not even sure by learning capoeria I'm fit enough to learn it.

did you see the first video? that helps explaining a lot :)... some tricks have names, but it's not like a routine, it's more like skateboarding, you think of something to do, and you go ahead and try to do it...

you know people, once you start doing this, you don't find it as hard as it looks, some stuff is even easy... obviously doing a 5 meters high backflip is HARD, but there are other easy stuff :)

for all you people who say there are no place's in your area, there is, you just have to think harder, you telling me there are no steps were you live?, no walls to jump on?, no roofs/wall/anything to jump off ?

you just have to look around realy :P

Exactly Toothpick. I always thought that Parkour was all about finding everyday obstacles and maneuvering around/over them. If you can't find everyday obstacles then your town doesn't exist. Its not all about finding a 5ft high wall to backflip from. Find some rails to vault over and make a mini routine and try to hit them all. Basically just think as if you were a skateboarder, they always manage to find things to trick from so you should be able to.

When I'm 15 (Legal age to go to the gym) I'll do body building stuff and try this if I can find some sorta help class like that David guy in Video 1 :P
