i have faced this probrems a lot of times i have fixed my friends computers that are infected wiht spyware its very easy to fix first open up ur msdos config its in local disk>wondows>pchealth>binaries>msdosconfig run that then go to start up uncheck all the cheked boxes then remoce some of the services like alerter,error reporting, etc then u must restart comp then go to localdisk>programfiles> and delete the folders that have spyware names and stuff and download peerguardian blocks the dam spyware ppl from getting ur ip and instillin things in ur comp this should fix ur problem and use ad-aware and spybot search and destroy and everything shoudl be fixed oh and defragment ur hd it should help
yea format is the easiest way to fix alot of spyware. U cant format your main drive with msdos while in windows. just put your xp cd in and restart computer and hopefully u have it booting from cd drive before HD. Save all information Favorites, Program installations, Saved games and make sure u know all your passwords for websites. Also make sur eu have your xp key. GL
i had this prob, call up the comp. company, and they will take u thru reinstalling all your drivers, and reformatting the right way...for me, i culdnt even get to the desktop, so i ran it manually...
