Ill say start with a simple render first then progress with the advanced ones Zoom in like 800% or even 1200% so when using the lasso you can get the very small detail this enables smooth rendering and you will avoid jagged/choppyness when cutting at like 100% Use the poly lasso then progress to the pen tool and importantly Patience is key in rendering - If u dont have that then dont render coz u will leave it Im a renderer myself
