I think it's turning out decent for my second template, but I need some ideas for the news box, everything I try looks sh*tty. Any ideas? Also, rate it as is.
i would make the bar at the bottom a bit smaller and i would make that bar grey, and the box for the main-text white.... and maybe some strokes?
reduce the opacity on the pattern background, remove the inner glow in the footer, and add a low opacity colored gradient on the nav instead of using inner glow and stuff.. and skip the motion blur on the nav text.

I dont like the sidebars, if i were you, id remove them. But if ure sure u want them there, remove or lower the bevels, and stretch them so that you dont get theese ugly endings on the top/bottoms. And remove the inner glowes!! they look awful!! and lower both the opacity and the size of the black outer glows on the contentarea and the footer. TIP: completely remove the sidebars, and add a drop shadow. -Low opacity -Low size -Zero distance
