Nothing really fully utilizes 4 GB of RAM... it'd be kind of pointless, at least at the moment. 2,5 Gigs is plenty...

It's currently at 2.8GHz (280x10) and I have a 9:10 divider on the RAM. 1GB sticks really suck at overclocking. They're DDR504 at 3-4-3-8 timings. Ugh.

    Opteron 170 btw. Great processor.

you can't exactly add in slots. You would need to swap the entire mother board. again it isn't worth the hassle and effort considering your current amount of ram. also, you're not running dual channel, you really should, huge advantage.

Dual channel only offers 5-7% increase.

after reading this whole topic, i think i win the award for having the lowest amount of RAM. I have 192MB! But, this is my Linux (Ubuntu pwns!) box, so it still runs fast! I'll be upgrading to either 512 MB or 1G sometime this week! ^_^
