    How much y'all got ? I only got 256 but I'll upgrade to 512 around Christmas and again around February.

    I got 512, need to upgrade to 1 gig on this gay stupid Dell..

    Argh I hate Dells, they're so hard to deal with..Saving up for a mac ...

    Hehe Nice, My dads mac G4 or something like that..I don't remember but the machine is big..It's dual channel also with 1 gb in each channel, pretty sweet..

    you dont want too much now a gig and a half atm. i personally have 1 256 pc2700 and a 512 3200 lol i know its a terrible combo but soon i will prbably buy dual 512 ddr3 pc3200

    no 2gb is good today. Standard is now 1gb. But 2gb is for optimum performance. Especially in BF2.

    lol wow where have i been. all the info i know now is outdated. lol i always thought that more then like a gig & 1/2 ram would start making your computer slower.

    Pfft, I can't do anythingi with 512..It's absoulutley slow and horrifieng..I hate it, ticks me off sometimes..

    + I have the worst computer of all times..

    Well i currently have 1.5GB DDR2 RAM. Its dual channel. I am upgrading to 3 GB soon.

    Its not really that your system will get slower with more RAM its just that the OS cant utilize all of it. M$ did fix most of that problem with SP2 for XP. Before than anything over 1GB would hurt you more than help. Now you can go to at least 5 or 6GB before you start to hammper your system.

    I've 2GB... 4 x 512MB running dual channel, heh BF2 is such a system hog.

    Have 512 but will be adding another 512 soon as rendering in bryce can take forever :P

    you cannot run dual channel with 3 ram sticks.
