    Yes I believe there was a war but the stories got exagerrated over time.

    Yeah, it did happen, they found the place where it took place in. I doubt that it was anything like the movie tho

    Wow. we've established IT WAS A POEM, HOMERES EPIC. although t here may have been a small war between rival trading cities related.
