Trojan War... Real Or Not?

What do you guys think you think its a myth or a real story?

 

true story, many documents are found etc....

 

Yeah I dont remember his name but he dug up what is believed to be some remains of troy and other cities... And it is also believed the trojan war wasnt faught because of helen but because of a river(forgot which one)

 

Homer's Epic, a poem written about the war...

What kind of wuestion is that? Of course it was real. A few things of the story might have been streched though.

 

I think it is a legit question many people dont believe in the war... just trying to get some opinions.

wrong. the iliad was written about the trojan war not the odyssey.

yea a war probably happened.

it wasn't fought over helen, it didn't involve magical warriors, super human powers, or anything else of the sort.

 

I believe it. And troy got what it deserved for taking Helen
