No, he means liquid cooling, and maybe a new power supply unit. i think if he wanted a new fan, he would of said that :)

unless you are OCing like mad you shouldn't need a water cooled system. try reapplying the termal paste to the heatsink.

amd 3700+, it runs mid 40's w/o oc'ing at all, and if i was getting a new cooler regardless, so i figured this would be the way to go.

the ones im looking at so far are the
    asetek waterchill cpu cooler
its gotten really good reviews and looks decent.

for the psu ive been looking at
    Ultra x-connect psu
comes with uv reactive cables, and ill be getting uv reactive, non conductive/corrosive, coolant as well. These are pretty definet as of now, but if anyone can throw some more ideas out thatd be great.

You have money? Watercooling is pretty expensive. Here's what I'd get.

Gigabyte 3D Aurora. It's a case. It has dual 120mm exhaust in the back, which will be useful for the dual 120mm radiator I'm also suggesting.

Danger Den Black Ice Xtreme II. It's a dual-120mm radiator, which will work perfectly with that case.

Swiftech Apogee CPU block. Arguably one of the best CPU waterblocks on the market. And it's Swiftech, so you know it's good.

Swiftech MCP655 314GPH Pump. One of the strongest pumps on the market, and perfect for the Apogee. Also good because with a 1/2" ID, you'll need a strong pump.

Tygon 1/2" ID Tubing. Of course, you need tubing. Tygon makes laboratory-standard tubing, and is THE best company around.

You don't really need a reservoir, but if you want one, here's a good choice.

Also, if you want video/chipset cooling [not necessary], here are the best choices.
    http://www.frozencpu.com/ex-blc-187.html - Chipset
    http://www.frozencpu.com/ex-blc-224.html - 7800-series GFX

These are really the top parts you can get for water, and you WILL get your money's worth. You also said you wanted a PSU? Here are a few good ones.

    OCZ Powerstream 520W or 600W
    PC Power and Cooling 510W
    Seasonic S-12 500W or 600W
    Antec Truepower 2.0 500W
    Enermax Liberty 500W or 620W

All of them can be found at Newegg, and are really the best PSUs that money can buy.

CAUTION : Do NOT get the pre-made water-cooling "kits" that companies like Corsair and Thermaltake make. They are worthless pieces of junk.

If you need help with anything else, feel free to PM me. :)
