i just thought about making this topic because i've seen amazing diffirence between arabic forums and foreign forums ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Arabic forums have no rules , yes thats right , no rules at all , no rules are needed , because every single arabic person that registers , allready knows the right and wrong in posting in other forums , theres allways a big list of rules regarding many things , that needs alot of moderators to make sure people are breaking ********************** in arabic forums , no one EVER at all , offends a other user , uses any negative words , or curse , swear , never in other forums , well i dont need to say anything you allready know ********************** in arabic forums , its very rare and allmost never that a user gets banned , in my whole life i have only seen "1" user that was ever banned in other forums , alot of members get banned for breaking rules , spamming , etc..... ********************** in arabic forums there is NO SPAM , no useless topics in other forums , users spam all the time ill add some more later , thats all i can think of right now , dont take this as a spam topic because its not..
