Window Xp Themes

    Yeah, Whenever I download I theme for windows xp, it's an un-openable file..Is there something I need to do or download for the themes to work because I don't know how to make them your current theme..

    if you downloading .msstyle files, you have to download StyleXP

    Oh and if you get a .wba then you need a program called WindowsBlinds...

    Edit : Can someone give me the link to download that window blind thing because It's a .wba file..
