I Lost 556.43 In Stocks

Well I purchased some stocks yesterday, I was so happy and everything, and today the price went down by 30!

well dont do it your self, if you dont know whats gonna go up or down, i have alot of money in stocks, in fact i just got a UGI statement, i have over 30K in UGI and anothe 5k in sony. i would suggest maybe sony due to the new merchandise coming out for christmas, or maybe a retail store such as best buy, or a department store. and another good i dea is a alternatice fuel

Anyways, I was thinking about investing in stocks too. If I did it would probably in electronics, such as microsoft, or apple...

Here's a bit of advice.
Invest in IBM.
All three Next Gen systems rely on IBM chips.

 

Dang that sucks! Just don't sell til it goes back up.

I'm thinking of investing in a company whose stocks are at around $26. It's been like that for a while, but I'm hoping it'll go up.

What do you use to buy/sell/trade your stocks? And is there a membership fee?

Microsoft may be going up, and won't be stopping, but as I said, the price is already high, and it's getting higher. As others have said, I suggest IBM for investing, maybe until the end of the 3rd Generation buzz, maybe around 2007 you should sell
