    The "i" goes before everything Apple makes. iTunes, iMovie, iBook, iMac...etc. Except for Mac OS. iOS?

    see they use i because it it gives the impression of advanced technology and the 'i' also means that its very personalised and the product is unique to its owner

    the 'I' can't stand for internet...because you don't really need the internet for your 'ipod' (besides to start it up) or itunes...you can add all your own music on there.

    It has to be for somthing else.

    A t r e y u, It used to stand for internet..... (READ: IT DOESNT ANYMORE)

    And incase that wasnt clear enough, the "i" doesnt not stand for internet anymore, but it did when the iMac first came out....

    And btw, Mac's current defualt internet browser is Safari, at least it's better than Internet Explorer, I hate Internet Explorer :P ..
