This is only the first page, I still have to make a few others on it.

I really like the colors on this one although they seem a little repetitive. And what should I do with the header?

Very nice, clean template. Its not that fun to look at though... and the edges are pixelated. You should work on it a little bit more, but this is a very nice start.

pretty nice template... i only dont really like the server pic... maybe you should try to design a company logo and put it in place of the server picture...

Very plain, not very appealing, could be do with spicing up.

    - Colour choice is horrible
    - Background isnt great, very irrevelant to rest of theme
    - Logo and header text are cheezy
    - Not many graphics, a little plain
    - Content boxes seem like they lack effort, not taking advantage of layer styles and strokes where applicable

Overall its a good try, keep going at it!

Overall, it's pretty nice, but when you look into it, theres some changes need to be made:

-The little line going across the background doesn't look too nice.
-The orange gradient with the black stroke around it makes it look very bad
-The font gets boring after a while, you did it for the whole thing(not a major thing, just my opinion)
-Also, you should add some pictures or something to make it a little more interesting.

Yeah, this is what I am going to edit when I get the time:

    -Add stock photo to header
-Play around with different fonts other than Tahoma
-Work on background (did it really fast)
    -Fix up colors
-Do something to the content boxes (don't know what though)

Also, I didn't include it on this post but when I posted this on another forum, I said that the pricing stuff was really quick and I used a default gradient because I didn't have alot of time.

Edit; How do you fix the pixelated corners of the content boxes? Never found out how to do that.

Just take the pen tool and make a curve around the corners.. kind of like rendering.. but it's just a corner. Or use AA when making it.. (I think it might work)

Well, I make the curves using Select>Smooth. I guess I could use the Pen Tool.
