    Well, other than waiting for him to PM you back..

    i have seen this before, but i dont recall the name.

    Go to www.wincustomize.com, then windowsXThemes, then just look around, try looking for things like Glass, Transparent... ect. and just basically look around.

    I got it thanks Dan, it was on wincustomize. windows blind skin called Dreamland by jj ying :) cheers.

    it's a theme for windowblinds called dreamland i believe.
