upload your 2 files (skin template and pictures) to your forum's root (that would be yoursite/forum/ or yoursite/, wherever you installed it. (you WILL need FTP or browser uploader, but seeing you already installed IPB I guess your set.)

go into ACP, and go to upload/download skins section, and upload your 2 files that are on your forum root folder. (just provide the name) Then go to skin management. click your current Skin, and go to the basic settings. set the pics to your newly uploaded pic package.

if you need help, I could do it myself.

    Tut:

Upload the 2 .xml files to your root forums directory.

Admin CP -> Skin and Templates -> Skin Import/Export

    On Import Skin Templates

    In this section:

OR enter the filename of the XMLarchive Image Set
The file must be uploaded into the forum's root folder

Enter the filename of the skin xml file, not the images one

    Then on Import Skin Images

    In

OR enter the filename of the XMLarchive Image Set
The file must be uploaded into the forum's root folder

    Enter the name.

Once that's done, Go to Skin Manager -> Click on your skin and go to Edit Settings.

    Then on

Use Image Directory, do the on where the images folder you named ;)
