Photoshop Help

    Ok today I just tried to use some smudging on my sigs but when I click on the smudge tool and go to Brush Presets and Try to adjust the scattering all I can do is change the Shape Dynamics and Other Dynamics all the others are gray and you can't click on them whoever telles me what I'm doing wrong will get some creds btw I have PS 7.0 Thanks please help as soon as you can.

    you cant smudge with PS 7 only CS and CS2
