In my honest opinion, I dont think this is quite that good. The tutorial, and end result is somewhat novice - very low inter leveled. End result isnt too good. Grammer isnt the best thing in that tutorial either; and there are many better Full Signature tutorials. Remember, we are looking for the BEST!

    This one is a No.

Seen better full signature tutorial, and yes..the outcome isn't the greatest. Still a good tutorial, but i think we should keep a strict outcome of Premium Tutorials.

    My vote is no,

I voted no because really the outcome isn't the best. There are PLENTY of tutorials that use the EXACT same technique, with the exact same outcome, and to me, it doesn't look that great :( .

I know I said the same thing about the other tutorial in here now... but... to be honest. same exact opinion on this one... really.

I went with a yes also for the fact it is extremely detailed, and easy to follow. I'm not too keen on the outcome, but it is well done overall.

For now, just having a few nicely detailed tuts is good. But further down the line it would be better to only take the ones with really really nice outcomes. No offense Kaz. ;)

Somewhat I have to disagree with you.

Premium tutorials mean GOOD tutorials, awesome outcomes, etc. Not just that it was written well. I could write an awesome tutorial on Toilets with Purple Lights, perfectly do everything, images, etc. That ofcourse doesnt mean its premium. :)

Anyways, 2 more "No"'s, and this tutorial will Fail.
