    Make sure it isnt restricted user wize (like admin accounts)
    Also check if its an antivirus/firewall problem.
    Any memory problems? Probly not but o well..

    hmm..other than that I'd say just go to Run<msconfig<services and get rid of any non-microsoft programs that you think may be causing the problem that are safe to remove for now. Also go to the startup tab and do the same.

    just run a search on yyqwrc.exe
    and see what comes up
