It aint true until Sony sais it is, lol... Anyway, the 360 is the safer option anyway. I can garantee that the PS3 will be nothing more then a massive flop and a complete waste of money... The fanboys will disagree and probably want my head :lol: but arn't they alwayz.... LMFAO. There are three possible reasons why Sony would push the PS3's release date back by that much... 1) Sony lied at e3 and all the other gaming conventions to date when they teased us with the first look at the PS3 (including all the bullsh!t game trailers that were all 'pre-rendered' and had an 'increased' frame-rate... aka.... pure CGI) and they are no where near completing the system. 2) They have no idea how they are gunna pull it off so they are waiting to get their hands on the Xbox 360 to open it up, do slap job (reverse engineer it) and spend the remaining months trying to pass it off as an original Sony creation... or 3) Sony are deliberately pushing the release date back inorder to force Bungie/Microsoft into launching Halo 3 non-simultaneously with the PS3. As a result - they would not have to compete with the greatest game that will ever be released, thus, they sell more PS3 units... Which is really trippy as that would mean that Sony actually have brains in them tiny little head of their'z **thinks about how many copiez were sold on the first weekend of the Halo 2 launch** - Don't hate the player, hate the game -
Since there are no announcement about it anywhere, I am still gonna keep my faith for the PS3. The new Xbox 360 sucks, I must say. So many complains and stuff. It´s certain, that the PS3 will win over the Xbox 360. I haven´t been thinking of buying the PS3. I have my PSP, instead, and I love it. I might buy it, when the price goes down a bit.

That should give sony some time to iron out any problems i suppose, new technology always has its minor gremlins and the xbox 360 is no different in that respect.

I dont really care when the ps3 comes out, I'll be playing 360 anywayz, by then there will be sooo many great games for xbox 360 that I wont have time to even THINK about ps3.
the launch date for Fight Night Round 3 for PS3 is May 1st,so im predicting its either before May 1st or it is may first.
