Hahaha lol this is probably the funniest thing ive heard in a while. I can asure you i am NOT a ripper. If i werent so scared that YOU just might rip my works, i would give you the .psd file. And about that header, i juste placed something in there since the buyer brobably would want to change it.
i have known artorius for awhile before he has been here on gr and have worked with him he doesnt rip and you dont have proof. and if ur saying the copyright at the end is proof well when i make templates and tons of other people i know make them and want to sell them they always put somthign like copyright 2005 yourname.com allright reserved does that mean they are rippers too? please show some proof before u start calling people rippers.
artorius, you seem to be pretty decent at graphics in general, but not so great at webdesign in particular. besides thinking about the way the template looks, try focusing more on how it functions. ie. do the graphics enhance the user experience? or is it just pointless eye-candy that may even detract from the template. if you're selling templates, then you wanna design templates that people want to use, not just look at.

Lol ive been working on many templates recently but ive never completed a single one. I guess its time to do so... heres another new one. Accually, i got some inspiration from this forum, i hope its not concidered a rip lol www.domeadesign.com/Recources/businesstemp.jpg I know i didnt add any headertext for the contentboxes, well i did, but they didnt turn out to be that good. Comments? Oh and the right nav button is the rollover.
Most of them have potential, I think really all you need is a little more experience. I actually like the one you said was the worse the most..
