i think your mysql database is whacked.. I think you need to repair your mysql stuff...

I dunno, i have never done a rep mod./..

I havent gotten a rep mod to work ( tried it once) may be a setting in your ACP for the + and - to show up. Sorry I cant be more help with this one. I have set up a new 2.1.3 test board to test mod installs first, I suggest you do the same, it is legal to do this as long as you have the registration turned off and is used for testing only.

 

PM BFTP or something.. im almost positive he could fix it up for you...
