My First Template

Hey guys, I've had a year or so experienced w/ making signatures in PS. This is my first try for a template for my clan site.



How'd I do?

only the banners good

and i dont really lke that

templates arent like sigs, harder in my opinion :lol:

Try this it cud help, see the navigation bar text? change it to white and remove all the layer effects. see the content box u made? reduce the borders of that box, 3 px shud be good. add a lite gradient inside the content box. should look btr.

 

i dont really like any of it... dont bevel the text so much on the nav bar, and dont make it like a sig (the banner) and other than that its not TOO bad

not bad, but as there been said before it's to much like a sig, don't waste ayour space on gimmicks, a template has to be simple and logical, your content area is too small if you plan to actually have some text on your side, coz your site will end with an enormous height, which is bad because no1 wants to scroll a lot for reading a bit text..

take this as advices, my opinion is in no way the best or rightous, in the end it's your site..
