Dan, that's a really pessmistic way of looking at it. If you just die and that's it, then why the hell would you want to make something of your life? In the end it'll count for nothing because you'll just die and be dead. I believe in God, but I don't believe that he has a name. God is an entity, and just because you call him Jesus or Mohammed or whatever, does not make him any different. My "religion" is simply a set of morals and virtues that I try to live my life by.
I believe that if we work hard, and live a good life,we will die and live in a certain place, for all you people who are not catholic,im not saying heaven, but a distant destination in the universe.may sound a little crazy, but im only 14.im not a scientist or anything in that matter.but there is,though a afterlife.just what is it,I cant be sure.
My god isn't "Jesus". My god is God. Jesus is just the human form of God, aka, the Son of God, Son of Man, Lamb of God, etc... I believe in the Trinity. God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. Three different, yet inseparable entities. God is the Creator and Father of Jesus, Jesus is the human carnate of God who was sent to die for our sins and changed the covenant man has with God, and the Holy Spirit is to help us along our path of life. Of course, this is a simple overview of the Christianity entity, but it at least lets people understand moreso.
