Dan Im pretty sure that rule refers to i say 10 creds to enter raffle and winner gets 100 creds so i dont think this is breaking it?!

 

The only things the rules say is that you cant have raffles or lotteries...

but hey, maby this isnt breaking the rules, but you called it a raffle, and you cant have raffles. I'll leave it up to another mod to decide.
