wtf. it says i can't run it b/c my video card isn't good enough:
    Video Card
    Minimum: 100% DirectX 9 compatible 128MB Direct3D Card (GeForce FX 5700+/Radeon 8500+)
You Have: IntelĀ® 82845G/GL/GE/PE/GV Graphics Controller (IntelĀ® 82845G Graphics Controller)
everything else passed. i could have swore that my video card was good enough...

    it also says this....
    Video RAM: Required - 128 MB , You have - 0.0 B

    Ah, very simple:

Go to Start, click Run and type this in the command line:

    dxdiag

    ....

There should pop up a window that says DirectX Diagnostic !@#$, that's where you can see indepth stats/info about your settings such as graphic card, sound card, network card, etc. Make sure that it's updated to the latest. The latest should be 9.0C or something.

So now it appears that your vid card and rams are NOT configured properly, you might want to revert this process by re-installing them...at least that's the safest way.

I'm not a huge expert on intel processors, but Celeron Ds absolutely suck. They are based on netburst core architecture which is really sensitive to the FSB and the L2 cache fo a system. Celeron Ds have none. You could probably run it a lot better with a 1.6GHZ Celeron M or a 1.4GHZ Pentium M. If you want somethign which is actually on the market for PCs, I suggest an Athlon 64 3000+ for just economy useage and the fact that it games a hell of a lot better than a celeron. If you would absolutely be on a budget, I have seen semprons with motherboards for as low as 60$ which would walk circles around the celeron. If you have a bit more cash, try getting an Athlon x2 3800+ and a mother board for it.

before getting new hardware though, try removing any viruses or adware from the system. reinstall windows if you have to. if it still doesn't work, time for a small upgrade.

that doesn't necessarily mean anything, because the 9200 is a lowend card in the 9000 series while the 8500 is a mid end card in the 8000 series. FYI a x800GTO outperforms a X1600XT in almost every way possible, so consider the fact that marketting plays a bit in that. Don't worry though, someone else said theit 9200 worked. I have a 9200 as well(128mb vram though) well, it is a 9250 atleast which is aka the 9200 pro
