I allready saw the trailer for the controller. That's why I'm planning on buying it together with a Ps3. I also saw the other movie, it has been circulating the web for months now. It looks nice and hats of to the person who made it. We shouldn't expect something like that in the near future though.
the second video with that head set things is a fake, the person who did that hate them because he used that video xena that was for ati tech demo, its fake, he made that so he can probably get into some nintendo job career. dont take it too seriously people but nintendo still has secrets and surprises/
Nobody should make judgements about how well its going to do until E3 when we find out exactly how nintendo are going to implement this stunning piece of kit they are showcasing. Because as we all know, its how the games work that will decide how well this console sells, more so than any of the others this time.
yes, its one of the concept of revolution. but obviously that helmet thing is going to cost too much, motion sensing high tech virtual glasses? its going to be expensive and problematic (bash into the wall)
Obviously it was fake, the 4Tflops is a little over the top for a portable unit isn't it ^^ + Console is allready introduced (and the brain thing is suposed to be the console in that movie)
Just read the FAQ of it, a lot of it looks good but I'd still get the Xbox 360 or PS3 over it anyday.
That freakish controller is enough to turn me away from The Rev... No way can I play fighting games on that garbage...XBox and PS2 for me. If I wanted to change TV channels, then I'd use "The Rev" controller...haha..
if the head thing is not a fake , i will buy both the ps3 + the revolution with the head , btw i dont think you ever well bash into a wall , these glasses are only made so you see inside the game ,you still control the player from the controller i guess
ps3 is better than all the other systems. it will be. you cannot argue against that. not here to start a flamewar, but the very fact it's released last, just like the original xbox, will make it the best. however, i really love the revo controller. it is the ultimate controller, hands down. why? simply because of it's accuracy. it's like the duck hunt gun back from the NES. if nintendo bought some good fps games that involve accuracy, i.e. 007, then it could really be my system of choice. i mean, with the revo controller, you can AIM at the person, with YOUR hand and shoot them... you, not the joystick, control the weapon. all in all, nintendo could pull up the upset if they time it right and pull the right strings. the revo certainly has the potential to outfight the xbox360 in my books... just has to play its cards properly.
The glasses thing aren't fake, just a bad idea, and expensive. I'd much rather just see it on a tv that's 10 ft away than a tv in my eye.
