Please bear in mind that this is my first ever attempt at rendering. I've never ventured far past the magic wand tool, until now.

EDIT: Ugh, I just noticed the outline when viewing it against the GR forums color <_< . Oh well, like I said, this is a first ever attempt, so please be honest, even if that means flaming me to a crisp that would even make Colonel Sanders jealous. ^_^

Thanks for the comments SpitFire. I probably should've tried something like a car or something smoother for my first, but I guess I need to learn how to crawl before I can fly. ^_^

LoOoL yeah mostly it is easier to search for a image without 2 much stuff going on...
I remember that my first one was shadow in a bike, that was a hell also all that little stuff inside and outside...
Didn't really came out great either, if you wanna see my first render ever:
    Shadow And Bike

But you have potential m8, keep at it!

Everything looks pretty nice. A little choppy here and there. Keep working and you'll become better. Gj

^_^ Thanks, Rebellion. I am going to try and have another go at it, and update the image accordingly, to document the progress.

Nice job for your first render ^_^

As you can see on the GR background, there is a white glow... but thats not too bad, especially for your first time out. The hairs a little choppy looking too, but hair is difficult... or so I've heard... never worked with it yet, but I have one coming up :P
