[help] Changing Profile On Firefox

uhh some moron went on my comp today and changed my profile on firefox to default.

now i lost all my bookmarks, favourites and passwords, is there a way to change it back? thanx alot guys.

 

I have no idea how to change my profile either.

Its just usually when my computer freezes up or something, then I open Firefox again, it asks which profile to use.

(with quotes) in the Run box


Edit: Make sure firefox is closed when you do it

 

if this even happens just CTRL ALT Delete and end the firefox process then start up firefox again!
