Well... We're all waitin' for GR V2 to come up - buttttt whut exactly will be in it? Not much info has been given out so it leaves us to think about it for ourselves. Basically - Whut do you think will be in GR V2/Whut would you like to be in it (doesn't nessacerly need to be possible, just whutever you're imagination can think of) Personally, I hope they'res a Gallery section where members can post they're work an show it off, sort of a DA style - but only more "Forum" Like. Maybe classes? Like every week a new Designer is selected to "teach" a certain technique in IRC an maybe gets paid for it? I've got more ideas, but ya'll can discuss it for yahselves This isn't a thread for "suggestions" its just to get this place talking more
id probably say a nice new sleek skin and some lovely new features/updates. i know it sounds weird but i kinda hope that all prices for prem and for shop goes up. give us sellers more creds
Tutorial system would be nice... Like people actually have to Submit tutorials to Tutorial Guru's an' if there good enuff they get posted in a special section?
Gallery section would be teh sex, then you can show all ur stuff...and everyone can see it...And something like, everyone has his/her own Gallery topic, in which the art can be discussed...Something like Commenting on dA.. That would be awesome, and a good reason for me to keep coming back to GR...and hopefully for some members to start making bigger pieces... A Weekly 'Best artwork' would be cool to, and then the option of the one whom created the artwork to tell some inside secrets.. Maybe a Gamerenders casino, that would be cool..with blackjack and poker and such. Maybe a Artist of the Month Gallery...Where all the best Artist and their bast artworks hang... Maybe some more things to customize...ur own customizable banner and things.., dont think thats possible though Bad Idea numero uno: Can you say... Spam-o-Rama... Higher prices for us sellers, rofl...Ur not a real business man, you know that dont you?... If you ask for more creds, spamwhor3s will spam even more because of ur ridiculous plan to make everything more expensive
A new template (dark or mid tone colors, but not white) A tutorial system that doesnt pass the obvious tuts or rehashes so people dont have to click through lots of topics.
Well if they're gonna be using IPB 2.1, which i bet they are, theres a cool section for a seperate name to have displayed beside your username hmmm.... the idea someone came up about in another forum about how to be auto notifified if a certain user posts a render.
