Nowadays... you got to be anorexic to be called NORMAL >_> IF your a bit overweight just use the gym a bit, BURN THE FAT! FEED THAT MUSCLEE!!! GRRRRR ok forget i said anything... i proved my point
Going to the gym doesn't make you skinnier, it makes you BIGGER, not fat, but muscle.... so if you want skinny... run and do lots of situps.. and eat right.. no candy/soda
Im fat but not by much maybe 20 pounds or so and I use to play basketball for about 6-8 hours a day and a 800 calorie diet with eating only fruits and vegitables but only lost 10 pounds in a 3 moth period thats why im on the computer now because I feel that I cant loose weight anyways and I can do the thing I love to do at the same time.
24.4 so im "normal" but i am fat but im also athletic, however that works. i play football,rugby and baseball
