Photomanipulation Tutorial

sorry about double posting it, I accidently put this and my other tut in the wrong tut place, if mod could please delete those
i finished it, a photomanip tut without Gaussian blurs this works pretty well, is pretty easy to follow to so enjoy hopefully everyone can read the text

Weird, i bought a tutorial with the same exact begining sig and a similar outcome, no gausien blur with it. Oh well nice job...
