Able To Render?

I was wondering if I would be able to render this...it would be my first render if I could.

I have the link and the original, the link is here....http://schneeflocke.gorillazfan.com/gallery/data/media/7/murdocG_IrinaB-111083.jpg

But I don't know if I have permission.

It has some info down the bottom.

M8, this place is to show off your renders, so go ahead and render it and let us see...

Grtzzz

But...am I ALLOWED to render this?!

Go ahead and render it m8, if we all should take notice of all that copyright things, we couldn't render anything...
So when you find a cool image you want to render, just do it!

Grtzzz

Err...ok, right.
