    Windows-Pros
Everyone uses it, lots of software for it
    Your used to it
    Fairly fast
    Windows-Cons
    Crashes
    Not much good free software

    Mac-Pros
    Different, so It looks cool
Great free software, imovie and other ijunk
    Rarely Crashes
    Mac-Cons
Can go pretty slow, if it feels like it
    Your not used to it
Not as many games/software as Windows

Personnally, I would go with Windows, although Mac is ok, but I like windows alot more than mac, and I have used both, so don't flame me.

macs are pretty pointless. they're slower for the money than any windows machine. their hardware AND software are way overpriced.

anything you can get on a mac, you can get on a windows machine.

Mac : No Need To Buy Any or Many Softwares, Everything A Someone Can Live With Is There.

PC : Will Need To Buy Different Software.

I used macs before, but a PC (Windows and Linux) user.

Macs to me look too weird, and MAC OS 7 just sucked azz..

With PC's you have more choice.

Same with linux/unix, except the games are not usually supported on Linux..

    Or

    Windows > Linux > MAC

although MACs are made off Unix, It's still odd to me...

    Depends

Mac- Alot more stable and almost never crashes, some programs run much better on it, the only problem with it is it is not a gaming computer and it is slow, but if you get a good mac you can take out the slow part.

Windowos- Crashes alot, it goes faster but at a price (crashing), more of a gaming computer

Mac for anything serious (if you were using this for work) windows for gaming
