Cannot Deleate A File.

    Alrighty its a Downloaded file from Limewire Pro, and it says that it is either:

    A:Copywritten
    OR
    B: Currnently in use

    But im not using it, ive checked the Processes, and i need to know a way to deleate it, a program of a solution anyone?

    it might be used by Limewire still. try shutting down limewire then doing it. whenever i get this problem i usually just restart and its fine.

    Tried that and it still gives me that dumbass message. Anyone got a program that can deleate Copywritten programs or programs that are still in use.

    Ive even tried deleating it in safe mode, it didnt work/

    If that doesn't work, boot in safe mode and delete it, could be a virus.

    Tried it, still give me the stupid message. any programs or other ideas?

    go to google and search for

    um.....Ad-Aware SE and download it
    then make it do a full system scan
    maybe that can fix your problem?

    sometimes i get the cannot delete file in use but if u really want to get rid of it try a system restore if u have xp otherwise try untinstalling limewire and get ride of the folders

    well whenever i get this problem i just restart my computer once and delete that file manually and the problem gets solved
    or i just restart and run ad-aware se or norton antivirus to get rid of it if it is a virus or a spyware or something else

    im attmepting this now so lets see how it goes.


    I tired the system restore it restroed programs i deleated but left the files on the computer. any thing else u guys can think of?

    What did you download? And did you run it while Limewire was open or closed?

    I downloaded a Movie video for Photograph by nickeback and a few more music videos and yes i opened it while limewire was open. any soluitons

    I also, ran the adware SE and it came up with nothing suspicouse but it still want let me deleate the videos.

    Try ending any processes that you would whatch a video on. E.G Media player, Winamp etc.
