Wait, if the winner has to pay creds, does the second winner have to pay too?

 

The winner pays credits (110 if it is the winning bid) and the get 1 PSD from my photobucket, FULLRIGHTS, and any other psd LEARNING rights (cept the ones listed at the top).

second place gets any PSD from my PB that i still have rights to for 1/4 the winning bid ( if the winning bid is 110... 110/4 = 27.5 or about 27 credits)
