yeah, it's simple, just add more frames between the two...

like...a simple black to white square. you could just do two frames, but you could put 50 frames tweening to make it take longer...help any?

well i have 80 tweened frames but they go too fast so it will take too long to re-tween each one

no...say you're making an affiliate button and want the text to fade in and out. on one frame, have the opacity at 100, on the next frame, have the opacity at 0. then ctrl and click both or select all, and then click tween and select the number of frames...it will do it for you

Easy ,, changed the time delay  Or add more frames. With time delay it will go less smooth, with more frames the size will be bigger ;)
