That was an accident when the artist was drawing it, they realised it looked like that and so made another one.
if you look at the released version it isnt on it.
Theres lots of made up rumors about Disney, I think all of them are untrue, except the one where the voice actor of Donald Duck said "******" at a live show. Disney owns.

It hardly looks like "sex", the weird ones are the people making up rumours of stuff like this and saying that a bunch of stars in a cartoon bloody resembles the word "sex".
