I just signed up a few minutes ago. I had a few people from other boards suggest I take a look here, so I took their advice. Ive noticed that it's a little hard finding good discussion. I suppose it might just be me. I am new, so it might take some time to blend in with the rest of the crowd. I have noticed that most of the members here are pretty easy going. I'm not a big fan of pricks.<_<
I don't know about the best. It's a good site, but I wouldn't call it the best. It's a matter of opinion, so I suppose I'm really not one to say. I think it's a good site. Like most graphics sites, it's on the smaller size, but that doesn't undermine it in any way. I've found that smaller, tighter communities tend to be more enjoyable.
i'd say its ok now... why i have changed my opinion - is for the fact that it has been down for about a week or two. I have decided to quit graphics now because it was down. I don't know if it was a good or bad decision yet, but right now it seems an ok one.
Since at Gamerenders, ive learnt new techniques for my sigs how too render, how too make templates, this site has all your gfx needs
to tell you the truth this is not the best site i have visited for graphics, not much surport from staff, the site takes some time to load pages, most posts in each thread are not read by the next person to post so most of the questions go unanswered. apart from that I still return acationly to see what new renders I can find in the render section, however the 60post rule bugs me alittle as I believe this is a big atraction for spam every week to keep the posts up, dont get me wrong i dont spam but its an obvious fact .
No load time here, must be a problem in your end. Staff has always answered questions, we just don't enjoy answering the same stupid question over and over I searched every site known to man that used Invision Power Board, had a domain name, and was gaming/graphics oriented. Trust me, i can name them all. GameRenders is by far unique, and thats why over 200 a day register, with over 10,000 new post daily. Alot of people claim to hate GameRenders, yet they still login/post/and try to advertise their other sites here. We've banned people, and yet they still come back. Very ironic, BFTP

Very ironic, BFTP [/b][/quote] not very well said you slap me in the face for stating my opinion (i'm not easly offended but thats not a nice way to talk to other members who contribute to your member count on the site, nice friendly attitude would be nice) thats what this thread is for surport is not just answering questions, yeah i understand same questions pop up as it is a large community but in render section and show off i see mostly mbrs giving out c&c I dont mean no offence by this but I thought this was the opinion topic not point out all the good points of gr topic

Besides some spamming that occurs, nothing is bad about GameRenders. Conflicts and bad feelings will occur with some members, and i wasn't *slapping* you in the face..i merely said no load time here. Maybe you have never personally been CnC'd by a moderator, but several of the moderators always give feedback regarding signatures, wallpapers, renders, etc. I'm sorry..next time i'm closing that annoying advertising thread by thosenoobsgfx.com, i'll decide otherwise and go hunt down a topic by you The forum isn't the only aspect of GameRenders, and the moderators work hard to give all areas a thorough watch. Rather it be from the quiet Gaming forum, to questions asked in Problems & Suggestions and Computers. Or that ripped tutorial, or problem that occurs in the IRC channel. With GameRenders V2, the number of areas will double for us to watch over. If you think you can do a better job, i recommend you fill out an application- we're always looking for dedicated members who have no life. All the current global moderators have shown a apptitude of helping GameRenders grow, and helping members in general. Hell, some of us have turned down a naked woman standing in front of us..in order to moderate for you (that wouldn't be Dave..he doesn't know what a woman is) Have a good thanksgiving, BFTP
