It shows better on your work record to resign than to be fired... If you feel like you're gonna be fired, try to resign (2-weeks notice, etc). Finish out your term if you can, then leave.

This a cool thing to do:

If the place you work at is having massive lay offs, they sometimes give a years pay after you are laid off, so you get another job, quit before you get laid off, and BAM! two paychecks.

Getting fired will give your resume a bad impression. Saying "I Quit" would make you lose your 4 stripes.

Sometimes, things in life just aren't fair, this may sound like something a coward would tell you, but trust me, it may be the only reasonable way which is to just tag along with her, work hard to achieve your goal. When you just did that, and you're her superior in the near future, you can basically do what you want to her from then on.

Don't let her get to you, if she really wanted paper just give it to her its not a big deal. Also ask someone else a question if you can, maybe they will help you better.

Agreed.....it will stick with you on your resume. I would try to talk it over with a higher-up first though, and see if you can somehow be transferred while maintinaing your rank.
