Hey, I am making a website :) It will have links back to GR ...

    I won't post link ... thats advertising ...

    But ...

    I need a designer team of 3 - 10 people :)

We will be designing funny pictures like www.funnyjunk.com

This is a great experience and a great chance to design quality things that a lot of people will look at.

When you submit them ... you are giving full rights to my site and you can't use them again ... but I will credit you ...

I will eventually pay you for each thing you make once the site gets popular ...

THIS IS NOT ADVERTISING ... IF YOU THINK IT LOOKS LIKE PLEASE TELL ME AND I WILL CLOSE IT :)

Kirbir you can always try :)

    I've changed my mind ...

I can take as many designers as I want ....

People just make the things ... send them to me ... and I will decide if they are good enough :)

    So anyone can try :)
